• All sales are final. Because the complete product is delivered immediately at checkout, we do not offer refunds or returns once the download has been delivered.
• EU/UK consumers: by completing checkout you expressly consent to immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you thereby waive the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content (EU Consumer Rights Directive; art. 6:230p sub g BW).
• Something wrong with your order? Broken download link, wrong file, double charge — reply to your order confirmation email and we'll fix it right away. Genuine delivery problems are always resolved or refunded.
